Georgia Lagari
Georgia Lagari is a practicing attorney with 25 years of courtroom experience, having handled more than 6,000 court cases with exceptionally high success rates. She is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in Civil Procedure from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In addition, he is a graduate of the Hellenic-American University with a focus on Business Administration (MBA) and holds a specialization in Aviation Law with honors, as well as a certification in Aviation Management.
She has attended specialized programs and seminars in Greece and abroad, including courses on negotiation at Tulane University in New Orleans, data protection (DPO – TÜV Austria), family law, enforcement proceedings, real estate law, labor law, civil procedure, and space law at the University of Amsterdam.
Her professional philosophy is based on the belief that every successful legal representation rests on two fundamental principles: trust between attorney and client, and the continuous development of legal knowledge, so that every case is handled with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
Aikaterini – Kynthia Andreakou
Aikaterini – Kynthia Andreakou is an attorney admitted to the Court of Appeals and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and has experience in civil and commercial law matters, with an emphasis on court representation, drafting legal documents, and providing legal support to individuals and businesses. He also has experience in matters of corporate law, contracts, real estate, and public procurement.
Amalia Liatou
Amalia Liatou is an attorney admitted to the Court of First Instance and a member of the Athens Bar Association. She is a graduate of the Athens Law School (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens) and holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law, with a specialization in Intangible Assets and Competition. She has experience in civil and commercial law cases, particularly in matters involving automotive disputes and corporate law, and is involved in drafting legal documents, case management, and providing legal support to clients.
Fotini Graikou
Fotini Graikou is an attorney admitted to the Court of First Instance, a member of the Athens Bar Association, and a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace. She has thorough familiarity with court practice, legal research, and the analysis of case law. She provides support in civil and commercial law cases.
Ioulia Kapsali
Ioulia Kapsali is a student of International Relations and International Law and is working with the law firm “Georgia Lagari & Associates” as part of her legal internship.
As part of her work there, she handles matters concerning Greek residents in the Netherlands, drawing on her knowledge of the international and European legal environment, as well as her experience with the Dutch legal and administrative framework. The firm maintains strong collaborative relationships with the Netherlands, providing support on cross-border issues that require a combination of Greek and Dutch practical experience.
Her work focuses on researching legal issues, providing case support, and handling matters concerning the relationship between Greek citizens and foreign countries, particularly the Netherlands.
